Since December 2007 the Quality Control Department in Strzegom Malting Plant has been taking part in the international proficiency test of malt laboratories (referred to as MAPS and standing for Malt Analytes Proficiency Testing Scheme) in which the level of reliability and accuracy of analyses of coded malt samples are appraised on a monthly basis. More than 200 laboratories from around the world participate in this test. When satisfying results of marking are achieved, they are a proof of correct analyses conducted in our laboratory.
